To access the training sessions and classes you simply login to this website and you’ll see the member’s area with all the links to the workouts.

With classes, yes. I film them in a style so you can do the exercise as I’m doing it. These sessions take 20-30 minutes.

My training sessions are designed more like a PT session where you’d do sets and reps. These sessions take 45-60 minutes.

You do get health and diet guides in the resource section but if you really want to get hands on with your diet, I’d suggest my 90 Day Nutrition Club or Online Personal Coaching.

I want fitness advice to be accessible for everyone, by using my membership site you’ll be able to workout anytime, anywhere with whatever equipment you have access to. It’s also very afforable and you can pause or cancel whenever you want.
