The Best Protein Pancakes You'll Ever Have!
I love to make healthy pancakes for breakfast and with this recipe, you can throw them together pretty quickly.
I tend to prefer American style pancakes, but they don’t have to be dense and heavy just because they have protein powder in them!
There’s also a secret ingredient to get them to rise, read on to find out what it is!
How to Make Protein Pancakes Taste Good
One batch makes 10-12 silver dollar sized pancakes. Of course, you could always make big ones instead!
If you’re cooking for yourself I just keep the rest in a tupperware box and microwave them for 30 seconds or so the next day.
I’ve included cup measurements because I have some and it makes it even quicker to recipes like this together. Worth the investment!
