This series of Fitness Guides are designed for busy women who want to workout at home. Each session takes 30 minutes or less!

If you’re someone who is interested in exercising at home with a barbell, a few weights like dumbbells and kettlebells as well as a pull-up bar and a suspension trainer (or gym rings) then you can achieve a full-body workout in the comfort of your own home (and get stronger at the same time!)

(I personally used the horizontal bars in my local park as I don’t have anywhere suitable to put a pull-up bar at home, if you choose to do this you might want to do 1-2 park sessions per week just to get all the upper body pulling movements done)
