    Being too hungry, weak and tired isn't going to be enjoyable or motivating so we avoid this at all costs. I've got loads of tips on how to make the process as easy as possible.

  • How to get fit and healthy and stay that way

    This programme is designed so you only have to do it ONCE because I'm going teach you how to keep your new healthy lifestyle going and revisit it whenever you want to.

I have learnt so much more than what I originally set out to take from the club, such as how my period may effect my mood and my training (and my weight) and what kind of foods are best to fuel my weight training sessions.

I have seen great results visually from taking progress pictures, I have lost 3kg and gotten stronger since the beginning of the club. Not only that but the tips in the daily emails to do with lifestyle and self motivation have helped me to focus and excel in other areas too!
