Hi! I’m Kim. I’m the owner of Barefaced Fitness. I’m a qualified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. 

I want to help women with their diets because I’ve really struggled in the past with mine. Even when I wasn’t trying to lose weight at all I’d still consistently overcomplicate my diet. Trust me, it really doesn’t have to be like that!

A better way to diet

I’ve struggled with low energy levels, not eating enough and being obsessed about what I’m eating in the past. I’ve fixed all of these things and I’m much more mindful about my eating because I’m in tune with my body and I can teach you to do the same.

Whenever a big event came around, I’d be crash dieting and trying to be as lean as possible. Now? I’m ready for any occasion and even if I’m not at my leanest, I feel happy with my body.

Finally, issues surrounding food and our bodies are often passed down through generations. Through the work I’ve done, I believe that stopped that happening to my future children and you can do that too.
