But, I will give you consistent dietary guidance and help you make a meal plan that works for you. Any PT giving you meal plans of exactly what to eat isn’t qualified or insured to be doing that.

I specialise in resistance training and fitness for women and I can help you build a strong healthy body that you’ll fall in love with.

As a result, you can still get the same value as you can from a regular PT session (if not more). Not only that, but you can train at a time to suit you and your schedule rather than waiting for a spare slot in my day every time you want to workout.

It's so hard to break down all the tips and tricks you see online without becoming overwhelmed but with this style of coaching, we gradually make changes so it's not too much at once.

Exercise when you want to

It's hard to fit in sessions based on the availability of a fitness class or PT. This service gives you the freedom to train when you want, where you want. Sometimes you haven't got time to make it to the gym but you do have time to fit in a session at home. That's not a problem because you can do that with Online Coaching!

Frequently Asked Questions

No, the way I programme people’s training and diet takes social events and special occasions into consideration. You just have to let me know what’s planned, and I can help you navigate that.

However long you want! All of the packages are a monthly subscription. So, you can do 1 month, or you can do 6, 12 or even longer.

I take your goals into consideration and design a programme that will fit into your requirements.

The only reason that you wouldn’t see any results is if you don’t follow the programme.

Yes! I’ve been working hard to make sure people who are new to training have plenty of instruction and communication so they can learn new exercises with Online Coaching.

No, not necessarily. 

It does very much depend on what your schedule is like and whether you prefer the social aspect of things.

But paying for 1:1 in-person training can be costly and it’s not always practical to sign up for a gym membership just to train with your PT of choice.

Ideally yes, you do need some equipment. But you don’t necessarily need a gym membership.

I can help you with what to buy but as I specialise in resistance training at the very least you’ll need some space for bodyweight resistance exercises, basic bits of kit like resistance bands and a yoga mat. 

A selection of resistance bands and weights is ideal.

A selection of adjustable dumbbells and a barbell would be amazing!
