Tasty Healthy Recipes That You Can Batch Cook and Freeze

If you want to save time with your dinners, why not try out some of these healthy recipes? The best thing is, you can batch cook and freeze them so you can save yourself time!

The recipes and ingredients I’ve stated aren’t specific to having a healthy diet, they’re just suggestions of things I enjoy eating. By all means, feel free to adapt and switch out ingredients to your liking.

Sausage Casserole

This is a really simple one pot meal that you could also make in a slow cooker. If you don’t fancy the beans with this, you could swap it out for something like mashed potatoes.

Prawn Fried Rice

The ultimate simple single utensil meal! If you use just a little oil, it doesn’t add loads of calories. I prefer using king prawns because they’re more satisfying and you’ll get more protein from them. Having a bowl of this ready to go at the end of a busy day makes life so much easier.

Enchiladas

I love this dish! If you don’t fancy having beef mince you could have turkey mince or chicken, or a meat substitute instead! The red sauce really makes it, click here for the recipe.
