    Group coaching sessions are on every weekday evening and Saturday mornings and PT sessions are available from 12 pm-8 pm weekdays and 11 am-2 pm Saturdays.

    The £1 trial fee can be paid to the gym directly once you get started.

    All you have to do is enter your details then register on my booking system when you’re ready. Once your registered, I’ll assign the free trial to your account then you can book in for your training sessions!

    All other details such as how to access your free training programme will be emailed to you plus a reminder of how to get started.
